A BRUNNER WEDDING.
One of those ceremonies that delight the heart of the fair sex and give pleasure to the fond parents, took place at Brunner yesterday afternoon when Mr George Gardener was united in the bonds of matrimony to Miss Elizabeth Wollett, second daughter of Mr Robert Wollett. The bride looked charming in an embroidered fawn cashmere dress, trimmed with tucked white satin and chiffon, leghorn hat trimmed with white satin and feathers to match. The Misses J. and J. Wollett, sisters of the bride, acted as bridesmaids, whilst Mr George Allen was best man. The Rev. Mr Stace tied the nuptial knot In the evening a large number of friends assembled at the residence of the bride’s parents where a sumptuous spread was provided by them and a dance for the young was also indulged in. The young couple are very popular in the district as was evinced by the large number of costly and handsome presents.
