MONTGOMERY'S BIOSCOPE AND CONCERT COMPANY.

The most enjoyable evening's entertainment to bo had is that provided by the above combination at the Opera House, commencing on Tuesday next. The programme consists of illustrative songs, comic songs and sketches, and a Bioscope display, which have the novelty oE being all new to this part of the world. The royal Spanish bull tight, lasting nearly half an hour, shows every detail in the national sport of Spain from start to tinish. Driving bulls into _ strong enclosure, grand entry of bull fighters, light with the picadors, enraging bulls with red mantles, to the fatal thrust by the matador, and the death of the bull, and the plaudit excitement of the assembled sightseers, numbering about 20,000. The railway collision is one of the most realistic scenes ever taken. The wonderful diving horses is a grand exhibition of what these intelligent animals can be t mght to do. A contemporary states : '"The hall was packed. Everybody was satisfied, and the opinion was that the exhibition all round was the best that lias beon seen in these parts. The concert part is highly _ spoken of by the press, who are unanimous in ther praise of the beautifully illustrated songs by Mr E. Montgomery, who has a fine tenor voice, while Mr Harry Hall is spoken of as being one of the best humourous entertainers in the colony. His lightning changes and mako up cannot bo excelled."
