The machinery is ready for shipment from Dunedin. The Fairdown Co. call tenders for pontoons next month and have taken ever a machinery contract in hand in Dunedin. El Dorado and Buller pontoons will bo shortly commenced.

There are rumour? of a deliberate swindle by means of forged reports on ground in tho Buller district. Otago investors are the sufferers.
