OUR CONTINGENTS.

(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington, This Day. Including the Sixth Contingent, the total number of men sent to South Africa by New Zealand was 89 officers and 2,283 men, of these, four officers and sixty nine men have been killed, throe officers and 101 men discharged, one officer resigned, two officers and one man have been transferred, and two men dismissed. There arc 11 officers and 223 men on leave in New Zealand. At present the strength in South Africa including men going or returning is 08 officers and 1,887 men. 05 men have applied at Auckland for the Seventh Contingent.
