M’Ou'lough, Chairman of tho Ceremonials Committee of the Victorian Cabinet, waited upon the Earl of Hopctoun and submitted the programme of the reception entertainment of tho Yorks at Melbourne, whicii Lord Uopctouu approved of.
London, Feb. 20. The King and Queen lunch aboard the Ophir on March 16th, She sails on the evening of the same day and is to arrive at Gibraltar on the 20th, Malta 2oth, Port Said 3u:h, Colombo April 13th, Singapore 21st, Melbourne May Gtii. The Ophir stays two days each at Gibraltar, Malta, Singapore; one at Aden and four at Colombo.
The Yorks visit Durban, Capetown and Canada on the homeward journey, reaching Portsmouth early in November.

During (ho visit of the Yorks the Government only provide for a few distinguished guests. Tho others have to make their own hotel arrangements.
