No entry will bo received unless upon the distinct understanding that the decision of tho Stewards shall bo final in all cases and nil law proceedings barred. 3. Horses nominated for any of tho following races, namely, number's 1,3, and 7 (first day), and numbers 1,3, and (second day), are not eligible to bo nominated for Hack races. J. L.
