INSURRECTION IN SPAIN.

Madrid, Feb. 14. There is continuous rioting in the city to-day. Volleys of missiles were thrown from the windows and balconies, and numbers of the police injured.
Cries of " Death to Caserto," " Princess Asturias must not marry" are heard in the streets. The mobs were frequently charged and many wounded. A State seige has been proclaimed. The populace is equally violent in the provinces.
The priory at Santander was sacked and set afire.
Bishops of the palace woro stoned from he windows. The Carlists' housos were smashed.
In a collison between the Gendarmes and the mob at Valencia, one was killed.
