THE NEW JUDGE.
A Pkess A sociation telegram informs us that Mr Thomas Cooper of Auckland has accepted the appointment of Judge of the Supreme Court and President of the Arbitration Court. Mr C;oper has on several occasions been entrusted with very important business by the Government and has always acquitted himself most creditable. Ho is a sound lawyer, and a man of integrity.
