BUBONIC PLAGUE.

London, February 9. Two cases of bubonic plague are reported at Capetown.
Major Yarra, an expert, and Colonel Mackay (N. S. Wales) are summoned from Pretoria with the view of consulting and advising the authorities. Every precaution and rigorous preventative measures are being taken. The outbreak has caused no alarm. • Received this day at 9 22 a m. London, February 10. The first symptoms of plaguo in Capetown appeared in the South Arm docks where military transports discharge. The rats have since deserted this spot and nro migrating to Grcon Point where the British camp will probably bo abandoned. A reward of threepence per head is offered for rata.
