2. No entry will be received unless upon the distinct understanding that the decision of the Stewards shall bo final in all cases and all law proceedings barred, 3. Horses nominated for any of the following races, namely, numbers 1,8, and 7 (first day), and numbers 1,3, and 5 (second day), are rot eligible to bo nominated for Hack races. J. L.
