Death of the Queen.

Received this day at 12 10 a.m, London, January 31. Lord Rosebery, in addressing the Royal Scottish Association, delivered a touching eulogy on the Queen, who, he said, had realised the essential dignity of the Throne, which rested on the dignity of a supremo example.
The Colonial soldiers have been allotted seats to view the funeral. The Colonial Institute and British Empire League sent an address, condoling with the Xing. •An Army Order directs the following order of the procession;—Officers, Headquarters Staff, Bands, Horse Guards, Second Life Guards playing Beethoven's and Chopin's funeral marches only; detachments of Volunteers, Yeomanry, Colonial Corps, 25 officers, 100 from the Shortcliffe Military, Honorable Artillery Company, Departmental Corps, 20 officers representative of the Indian Army, GOO Infantry, 400 Foot Guards, Engineers, Garrison Artillery Battery, Field Artillery, three squadrons of Cavalry, Line detachment, Household Cavalry; 500 Marines, Blue Jackets, Headquarters Staff, Foreign military attaches, bands of Marine Guards, Engineers’ Artillery. Sydney, January 32.
The King’s message to the Navy was read to the officers and men of the Squadron by the Admiral. The Mildura, now' at Wellington, will fire 81 minute guns on Saturday, finishing at sunset. Melbourne, January 31 The Lieutenant-Governor proclaimed the King from the steps of Parliament House to-day.
