Tuesday, J akuauy 28t«V (Before R. S. Hawkins, San. P. Liddy v. T. O’Donnell, claim for £ls 9s 4d, amount due. A set off was put in and judgment was given for £2 14s 2d with £1 12s costs.

W. Killner vC. N. Kodder, claim loir £2 10s, amount of totalisator ticket which plaintiff gave dc [(indent to draw for him and which ho affirmed was not paid over to him. Mr. Hannan for plaintiff, Mr. Guinness for defendant. For the defence the defendant and a witness swote that the money had been paid over to plaintiff. The Magistrate entered up a nonsuit declining to give a verdict for defendant.

J. Kennedy v. J. O’Donnell—-Charge of assault. As this case involved a question of title to land the defendant stating that he put plaintiff off his ground, the information was dismissed on the ground of no jurisdiction.
