Kegistered letters at 5 pm, money orders at 4pm on 31st January. The public are warned that letters for Australia cannot be sent for Id. the letters must be stamped at the rate of 2d per \ oz. The Postal Authorities wish to draw special attention to the fact that rates of postage, except for letters and letter cards have not been reduced.
