The public are warned that letters for Australia cannot lie .sent for Id, the letters must lie stamped at the rate of 2d per 1 oz. j Mails for Natal and Capetown, per Aberdeen on 22nd, Gulf of Bothnia 27th January, Naming 9th February, and Capetown, Persic, 2nd February from Melbourne. The Po-lal Authorities wish to draw special a trillion to the fact that rates of postage, except for letters and letter cards have not been reduced. Commercial papers, newspapers, etc., require the samei postage as before. ' |
