The Venezuelan Government seize Two British Ships.

New York, January IS. The Venezuelan Asphalt Commissionaries are trying to oust American concessionaries, and utilising the revolutionary movement for the purpose. The Venezuelans seized two British steamers which were sailing under the Venezuelan flag in order to convey troops against the rebels. America lias despatched the first-class battleship Kenrsage, and Britain Ihe Scorpion.
