Brisbane free from Plague.
Brisbane, January 15. In view of there being no cases of plague for 32 days, the port will be declared clean of the pest on Monday. The Imperial Troops. The city to-night is handsomely decorated and illuminated in honor of tho Imperial troops and the returned Queenslanders.
