Christchurch, January 3.The New Zealand Aim ten -; Swimming Association’s one mile championship was hold at Lancaster Park to-day, and resulted, after a splendid contest, as follows: —ME Champion (Wellington) 1, J M Hamilton (Greymouth) 2. Time, 31 min 81 l-sth secs, being 3 min 28 4-sth secs under standard time. Champion won by 100 yards. A Olliver (Sydenham) came third. H Rich (Lyttelton) and Truscott (East Christchurch) also started.
