All entries for the Takaka Cup and Hurdle R ace to be sent in to the Secretary by 8 p.m. on the ,13th December; name and age of horse to be stated, al o name of owner and colors of rider, and no person allowed to start a horse unless lie be a subscriber of one guinea to the Raeiim Fund.. No horse allowed to start for Hack and Pony Races that has won an advertised race of £lB. No person allowed to start a horse for Nos 1,2, 4,5, and 7 unless he be a subscriber of half a guinea to the Racin'' Fund. No horse allowed to start for Hack Races that has entered for Takaka Cap and Hurdle Race. No horse allowed to start for No 4 that has entered for No 1. ■ In Hurdle Race; no weight to be less than 10 stone. Three entries to each event or no second prize. Nelson Jockey Club rules adopted.
