Entrance 10s. 12 noon. 2 Pony Eyck, under 14.1 hands high —- G Sovs, second horse to receive 1 sov out of stake;; one mile; entrance 5 percent. 12 45 pan. 3 f.YKYKA Cup—-3) Sovs, second horse to receive 5 sovs out of stakes; weight for age; I.kniles; for all horses that have not won an advertised race of .140: entrance 80s. i 80 p.m. 4 H-yck Rack —8 Sovs, second horse to receive 1 sov out of stakes; one mile; entrance 5 per cent- 2 15 p.m. 5 T totting Rao G Sovs, second horse to receive 1 sov out of stakes; two miles; entrance 5 per cent. 8 p.m. 6 Hurdle Race — 30 Sovs. second horse to receive 5 sovs out of stakes; 1.1 mile;; for all horses that have not won an advertised race of .i'4'D; entrance 80s. -I. p.m. 7 Hack Hurdle Race —8 Sovs, second horse to receive 1 sov out of stakes; one mile; entrance 5 per cent. All entries for the Takaka Cup and Hurdle Race to be sent in to the Secretary by 8 p.m. on the 18th December; name and age of horse to be stated, also name of owner and colors of rider, and n person allowed to start a horse unless lie be a subscriber of one guinea to the Racing Fund. No horse allowed to start for Hack and Pony Races that has won an advertised race of P'B; No person allowed to start a horse for Nos 1,2, 4,5, and 7 unless he be a subscriber of halt a guinea to the Racing Fund. No horse allowed to start for Hack Races that has entered for Takaka Cup and Hurdle Race. No horse allowed to start for No 4 that has entered for No 1. In Hurdle Race; no weight to be less than 10 stone. Three entries to each event or no second prize. Nelson Jockey Club rules adopted. The decision of the fitew.ird ; upon all points connected with the carrying out. of this programme to be filial. Thus. Byrnes. Secretary.
