MORE GERMAN BOUNCE Telegraph. Press Association. Copyright. Sydney, Tbis Day. News from Mnnila states that the Ger man squadron at the Philippines consists of five warships, and it is expected that those shortly will be joined by Prince Henry's squadron from China.
The Spanish Governor Genlhas has issued a proclamation that the Germans will prevent the Americans bombarding or capturing the city, and with assist xnce from the Spanish fleet coming out they will drive the Americans out of the harbor.
