Premier Turner has communicated with Queensland and N.S. Wales, sug getting that they join iv making representations to the Imperial Government with reference to tho annexation of the Philippines. It is understood that Mr Brynes considers it injudicious to take any steps at preseut. Mr Reid's reply has not been communicated to the press.
