Wealeyan Conference.
At the Wesleyan District Conference E. C. Somerville was unanimously recommended aa a candidate for the ministry. The Roy C. H. Liawa was appointed representative of the district for the ensuing conference. Resolutions wete passed, " That in the opinion of this meeting it is desirable that organic union between the Broad street and Cuba^street circuits should be effected at next conference ; that a grant be made from the fund, and two married ministers be appointed to the circuit."
