Dramatic Scene in the Italian Parliament.
Telegraph. Press Association. Copyright. Rome, December 3. Signoi Crispi, in supporting his demand for an enquiry into bis alleged complicity in the Bank' of Naples scandals, made an eloquent defence againßt the charges in the Chamber of Deputies. The ex-Premier's dignified bearing and disdain of compassion greatly affected the members, some of them weeping convulsively. The scene was strikingly dramatic. The Chamber appointed a committee to enquire into the charges.
