Lambeth Conference he said, encouraged men to familiarise themselves in time of peace with the possibilities and anvantages of arbitration, so that when the hour of anger came they might be prepared to consider whether recourse might not be had to a conrt of arbitration before submitting the issue to the arbitrament of the sword. He hoped in two years' time to ordain Melbourne and Chinese students for work amongst his fellow countrymen in Wellington.
