The Auckland Amateur Atbletic and Cycle dab's sports at the Domain yes tarday were attended by about 6000, and the racing was very interesting. In the one-mile walk F. H. Creamer, exAustralasian champion, and D. Wilson, Australasian champion, fought out a brilliant battle, Creamer eventually winning in tbe magnificent time of 6min 37 2-ssec, thus establishing a fresh world's amateur record. The previous record was 6min 29 3 ssec.
