(Per Press Association.) Auckland, October 80. 1 At tbe Auckland Cycling Club's sports at tbe Domain Cricket Ground to day, < tbe attendance was over 5000. There was a large number of southern and coastal competitors and the racing was ' close and interesting : — Auckland Cycling Club's Handicap of one, two, and three miles was won by J. Halmers, North Otago, who carried off the first and second distance and was third in the third distance. The Two mile Challenge Scratch Race was won by A. R. Barker, of Christcharch, in five mm 46 2 sth seconds. The Half mile Bicycle Handicap was won by C. Curtis, of Auckland, lmin 14 3 sth sees. Five-mile Interprovincial Scratch wai won by A. R. Barker, of Christchurcb, in 15 2 4-5 sees ; Multicycle (for which there were five entries) was won by Barker and Clarkson from scratch. Sydney, October 31. At the League Carnival the Championship of Australasia (one mile) was won by Walne (Queensland) ; Tebbut (Victoria), 2; Green (England), 3; and Forbes {New Zealand), 4. Time, 2m in 19 3 ssec. Platt-Botta endeavoured to lower Lesna's five mile record of 9min 59sec, but owing to an accident to his pacer be only completed the distance in lOmin 38sec.
