German beet, 88deg, 8s 4Jd per cwt; Java cane, No. 1, D.S., 10s 9«1 per cwt. Pig iron —Glasgow warrants, No 1, 45s 6d per tou, f.o b. in Clrde. Silver is quoted nt 2s 3Jd per oz. The Trust Agency Company of Au*« tralasia has declared a dividend of 20 per cent, per annum. New Zealand frozen mutton.—Crossbrad wethers, maiden ewes—Canterbury, 3&dperlb; Daoeclin-Soutbland, 2 15 16d; North Island, 2Jd. |The above duotations are lor average quality, and for lines of no less than 100 carcases. Lamb-Prime Canterbury (32ib to 421 b), 3j}d per lb; fair average, including Dnnedin, Southland, Wellington and secondary Canterbury, per :t'2lb to 421 b, 3 5-16 d per lb.
