A Rowdy Parliament.

(Per Press Association.) Vienna, Ootober 32. Tbe Austrian Reichsrath bad a tumultuous sitting which extended over 27 hours owinp to tbe obstruction offered by tbe German minority in passing a law for the extension of Ausgleich. Strangers were excluded from the Chamber dnring tbe wbole sitting. Tbe German members stonewalled tbe Ausgleich proposals. Herr Lecber spoke for twelve honrs, the obstructionists meanwhile banging desks and bowling insulting epithets at tbe Chairman in order to provide interyals of rest for tbe speakers.
