Two shillings on each Handicap Event, Ito be paid on nomination, accompanied by a statement of public performances for the last two years (matches included) with dates and localities of men performances, and each competitor tending in nominations must state his handicaps and his position at the finish of each race, otherwise he will render himself liable to disqualification. The Committee reserve the right to run any race under 800 yds in beats. Competitors failing to for* ward fee at time of nomination will not be handicapped. Amateurs must belong to a Club affiliated with the N.Z.A.A. Association, and must produce ticket of membership from their Club Secretary. All Amateur Events will be run under the Now Zealand Amateur Athletic As aociation Rales. The particular attention of com petit ors is drawn to Rule 25, which reads:— " Every competitor must wear complete clothing from the gbuuldets to thekuees : that is, jersey (sleeved to elbow), and loose drawers or trunks. Neglect of this rule renders the competitor liable to be excluded from taking part in the Sports." Any Competitor found guilty of send ing in false performances, runuing under an assumed name, or practising any fraud, t;hall be disqualified for life.
