A Royal Squabble
(Per Press Association.) Berlin, October 25. The visit of the Czar to the Emperor of Germany has been productive of a sensation. The Grand Duke and Duchess of Baden volunteered to pay a visit to the Czar and Czarina at Drarastadt, but the Czar curtly declined to receive the visit, stating that he was fully engaged. The tone of the Czar's reply is attributed to quarrels between the Grand Dukes of Hesse and Baden. October 27. The German newspapers are greatly excited over the Czar's treatment of the Grand Duke and Duchess of Badc-n.
