The Hon Sir Kichard Henn Collins, one of the Judges of the Queen's Bench Division, has been appointed to the Conrt of Appeal in succession to Sir Nathaniel Lindley, the new Master of the Rolls. Another vacancy has arisen in the Court of Appeal, the Right Hon Sir Henry Lopes baring resigned bis seat on the Bench. The Bankruptcy Court has delivered judgment in the application for the discbarge in bankruptcy of Robert Standish Siever, turf commission ageut, the dis charge beiug suspended for a period of two years. Siever was formerly well known in Australia as " Bob Snttou," cash bookmaker, who in 1892 married a sister of tbe Marqnis of Ailesbury. A 1 receiving order was made against him in 1895. October 27.
