Tbe secretary announced tbe receipt of tbe Club's certificate of registration under " Tbe Unclassified Societies Act," also a copy of tbe revised rules of tbe game from the secretary of tbe Northern Bowling Association. It was decided to open tbe green on Wednesday next, October 27. Invitations will be sent to tbe Palmerston, Danevirke, Carterton, and Waoganni Clubs. A match oommittee was appointed — Messrs Young, Thomson, and Saywell. Six new members were elected. A reception committee was formed, wbich will meet on Monday evening next to make final arrangements for tbe opening of tbe green and tbe reception of visitors.
