(Per Press Association.) London, October 20. Tallow— Mutton, tine quality, 20s; medium, 18s ; beef, fine, 18s 9d ; medium, 17s 6d. Silver is quoted at 2s 3?, d per oz. Napier, Oct. 21. Tbe Colonial Consignment and Distributing Company cabled to Messrs Nelson Bros, to-day as follows :— " There is a general decline in tbe frozen meat market. To day's quotations are — Best Canterbnrv mutton, 3jjd ; Dnnedin, 3d ; Napier and North Island. 2gd." The N.Z.L. and M.A. Company, Ltd , bas received the following cablegram from London :— Tallow— Medium and inferior mutton tallow bas advanced 3d per cwt since last report.
