"My Army, My Navy, My Parliament"
(Per Press Association.) Berlin, October 9. A sharp debate has taken place in the Bavarian Diet, sitting in Munich. The leaders of the Bavarian centre and social democrats complained of the Emperor constantly talking of " My Army, My navy, My Parliament."
