Horrible Cruelty to Natives.
(Per Press Association.} Perth, This Day. An inquiry is proceeding on tbe charges againat two white men for alleged horrible cruelty to a number of absconding indentured natives. Tbej tied them to a post and severely flogged them. They after wards compelled them to walk a long distance without water. Three died and the others are covered with large fettering wound*
