Makino School Examination.
Od September 14th the Makino school was examined by Inspectors Vereker Bindon and Milne. In Standards VI, II a Lid I, there were no failures, in Standard V there were two failures, and in Standard 111 one failure. The following are the names of those who passed. Standard Vl— William Holder (good), Amelia Sutherland (good). Standard V— Joseph Browning (very good), Thomas M alone, Jessie Humphrey. Two failures. Standard IV -G«orge Younger (good), Fratk Holder (good), Alfred Ruff, Caleb Browning, Walsh Wrighton (very good), Elsie Baker (very good). Three failures. Standard lll— James Taylor. Ernest Peterkin, Edgar Green, William Curreen (very good), Johu Hubner (very good), Joseph Thomas, Beatrice Thomas, Harriet Pilcher (very good), Beatrice Peterkin (good), Maggie Pilcher (good), Rose Poad (excellent). Standard ll— Robert Leach (good), Andrew Younger. Henrietta Terry (excellent), Amelia Baker, Clara Charles (excellent), Grace Younger. No fail ores. Standard I— David Malone (very good), John Stubbington (very good), William Marshall (excellent!, Esther Holder (very good;, Phoebe Baker (ex cellent), Gladys Holden (very good).
