LONDON PRODUCE MARKET.
(Per Iress Association.) Wellington, Sept. 16. A produce cable from the AgontGeneral states— Butter, 100 a per cwt (rrmrket very dull > ; cheese, 46s (market steady}. Shares in the National Bank of New Zer.land are quoted at £2 ; Bank of New Zealand 4 per cent guaranteed stock at 104 £ ; New Zealand Loan and Mercan tile 4 per cent prior lien debentures at 95. Tbe total qnantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 1 ,020,000 quarters, and for the Continent 1,510,000 quarters. Tallow quotations are unchanged. Silver is qaoted at 2s ljd per oz, a i recovery of l}d per oz since last cabled quotation. The American visible wheat supply is estimated at 1,973,000 bushels.
