New Zealand's Arbitration Legislation.
(Per Press Association.) London, Sept. 14. The Daily News, commenring on an interview with the Hon W. P. Reeves, Agent General for New Zealand, in which the latter described New Zealand's compulsory arbitration in connection with strikes, observes that New Zealand exhibits "a beacon to tbe world."
