The Freight Question.
(Per Press Association.) Christchurch, Sept. 9. The Shaw, Savill and Albion Company, as a commentary on the action of tbe Freight Rednction Committee in endeavouring to force the freights down below a paying price, have ordered their ship Brussells, now lying in Napier, to a foreign port, where she can obtain a payable freight. Owing to the unremunerative rates of freight the New Zealand Shipping Company have disposed of tbe Ruapebu, and intend to place the Tekoa in the Japanese trade.
