(Per Press Association.) Oamabu, Sept. 1. Major Keddell, S.M. gave judgment to*day in the cases where a publican was charged with allowing a prohibited person in bis hotel, and the prohibited person was charged with entering the same, and a third person was charged with accompanying the prohibited person. The informations were dismissed on the ground that any licensed person mentioned in the Alcoholic Liquors Act 1895 wben read that the previous Acts were restricted to such licenses and premises as denned in the prohibition order and did not apply generally to all licensed hotels implicated outside the district, and not eub> ject to prohibition order.
