(Per Press Association.) Ottawa, August 31. In tho House of Commons, Mr Laurier referring to Britain's denunciation of the German and Belgian commercial treaties eaid whatever England lost so far as her material interests were concerned by such a course of action, she would reap ten thousandfold in the affections of the Canadians.
