Turkey and Greece.
(Per Press Association.) Athens, August 19. A severe epidemic is raging amongst the Greek refugees in Thessaly, and tbe funds for the relief are exhausted. Their Bufferings are described as terrible. It is reported tbat tbe Greek Government has obtained a million loan in Paris for the purpose of paying off the first portion of tbe Turkish war indem nity money, to be available iv forty days. Constantinople, August 19, The Imperial Ottoman Bank of Constantinople ia willing to supply Greece with the first million of indemnity loan
