Austria and Bulgaria.
DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS RE STORED.
(Per Press Association.) Vienna, August 10. Strained relations exist between the Austrian and Bulgarian Governments iv connection with tbe recent trial of Bowcbeff, formerly aide ds ■ camp to Prince Ferdinand, and M. Noveleicb, formerly prefect of police, for the murder of a woman who bad been Bow cbeff's mistress. Austria threatens a rupture of diplomatic relations unless M. Stoiloffo, the Bulgarian Premier, retracts bis insinuations that Count Golucbowski, tbe Austrian Minister for Foreign Affairs, insisted upon Bowcheff s prosecution out of enmity to Bulgaria. Owing to M. Stoiloffe, tbe Bulgarian Premier, not having apologised for tbe reflections cast upon Count Goluscbowski Austro-Hungarian Minister for Foreign Affairs, in connection with the murder of Anna Simmon, Baron Kuroback Besenburg, the Austro • Hungarian Minister at Sofia, has taken indefinite leave and diplomatic relations between the two countries are therefore suspended.
