The Chinese Pirates.
(Per Press Association.) Sydney, This Day. Eastern news just to hand states another outrage was committed by Chinese pirates on a boat containing the son of a Chinese Mandarin and a number, of relatives. She grounded near Canton. A gang of fully armed pirates surrounded tbe party and threatened instant death. The pirates secured 5000 dollars worth of jewels and 2000 dollars in notes.
