Tbe Daily Chronicle announces that General Sir Evelyu Wood, Quartermaster General, is to succeed General Sir Rediers Bullet as Adjutant General, and that Wood will be succeeded by General Sir George White as Commander in Chief in India. St. Peteksburg, August 12. The Emperor and Empress of Germany have concluded their visit to the Czar, and have sailed for Germany. The Czar accompanied them to Cornstadt.
