Treatment of Drunkards.
(Per Press Association). Sydney, August 2. The Government is looking into the question of the treatment of habitual drunkards. The Minister of Justice re> commends the establishment of an institution for this treatment, and is making enqniries in England. Habitual drunk' ards form nearly one-fourth of the prison population of tbe colony.
