MANCHESTER ROAD BOARD. ' NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Manchester Boad Roard, at a meeting to be held on Friday, the 6th day of August, 1897, to confirm the following Special Order :— That this Board resolve that a Special Rate of one sixth of a penny in the £ be struck on the rateable value of the following sections, viz. : — 47, 48, 49, part 50, 51, 52, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, Subdivision C; 30, 31, 32, Subdivision H ; 16, part 18 (i), part 15 (1), part 15 (6), part 15 (5), Sub-division O, and Sections 161, 168, 169, Mugby Junction, in the Manchester Road District, to be called No. 5 Special Rating District, for the purpose of providing interest on a Loan of .£l5O, to be borrowed under the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1886, and the Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886, and their amendments, for regrading and widening the formation of Proctor's Hill, on the Bunnythorpe Road ; such rate to be annually recurring for 26 years, and payable at the Board's Office in two equal instalments on the first day of April and October in each year.
