(Per Press Association.) London, July 6. At the Military Tournament at the Crystal Palace, Trooper Harkus, of the New South Wales Lancers, took the first prize in the Victoria Cross competition. The Canadian troops have sailed on their return trip to Canada. July 7. Colonel Herberts has reported tbat the conduct ot the colonial troops has been ot an exemplary character through' out their stay at Chelsea Barracks. The New Zealand contingent of troops will undergo three weeks training at Aldershot. __^_______
