A Terrible Tale of Distress
(Per Preßs Association.) Melbourne, This Day, A deputation of the unemployed waited on Iha Acting-Premier and told a terrible tale of dietress in the city where hundreds weie sleeping out, and were glad to get cabbage water and other refuse from the restaurants. One man said his wife and three children lived on bits of cabbage for a month.
