In the House of Commons Mr Chamberlain, Secretary of State for the Colonies, replying to a question by Mr Hazell, Liberal Minister for Leicester, ■aid he hoped the Colonial Solicitor* Bill, dealing with the admission of colonial tolicitors to the Eoeliih Bar, would be pasted during the current session.
